Abstract

The autostereoscopic display is an important display technology. method of sub-pixel arrangement for the multi-view autostereoscopic display based on step parallax barriers was proposed. The view number matrixes were built and the sub-pixel arrangement results were obtained for different inclined angles of parallax barriers and different view numbers of images. The rules of sub-pixel arrangements were analyzed. A demo of a multi-view autostereoscopic display based on step parallax barriers using the sub-pixel arrangements presented very good stereo images.
