Abstract

The concept of the construction project knowledge chain is proposed and its characteristic is analyzed for the evaluation of project progress. By analyzing the former model, the total process project management model based on knowledge chain is presented to evaluate the comprehensive progress. From the view of system theory, the relevant mechanism of the total process project management based on knowledge chain is analyzed in detail to further draw a feedback circuit of the construction project knowledge chain system. The solutions that can accelerate knowledge innovation constantly, especially tacit knowledge, are introduced and several important influence factors in the construction project knowledge chain management are discussed.
