Study on the thermal-induced nonreciprocity of sensing coil of FOG

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

The principium of the nonreciprocity of the coil which affected by temperature change was investigated. A temperature distribution model of the coil was set up according to the application. Based on the model, an analysis on the output error caused by the temperature change inside the FOG was made. According to the simulation and comparing of several different techniques of the winding, some methods for reducing and compensating the thermal-induced nonreciprocity noise of the FOG were proposed.
