Abstract

RTM filling process of a composite part was simulated in 3D using the simulation system. This system was developed by BUAA independently. After analysis of the simulation results, the optimal injection way was set and reasonable vents were settled. Furthermore, the methods to remove the dryspot of the part were studied particularly. This gives an instruction to the process optimization.
