Study on risk management of agent projects based on WSR methodology

Abstract

the paper introduced essential concepts and principals of risk management, and before discussing the feasibility of adopting WSR methodology in risk management of agent projects, it concluded a brief account for WSR methodology. Based on WSR methodology, the paper proposed the thread of introducing core ideology of WSR - knowing Wuli, sensing Shili, and caring for Renli when managing risks of agent projects and established a process model of risk management of agent projects based on WSR methodology. In the model, the process and principles of risk management were written in detail, and the paper came to an end with a conclusion of activities to be done to guide risk management in agent projects from three-dimension derived from WSR systematic methodology.
