Abstract

Specific characteristics of the secondary regulated loading system were analyzed firstly. Based on the analyses, a dynamic matrix predictive control (DMC) with PID was presented. The random disturbances were surpassed in inner-loop. The good tracking performance and robustness are obtained by predictive control in the external loop. The layer of goal and control was divided. Parameters of the device were discussed. The simulation and testing results show that the control method can overcome the time variation and unknown disturbance, and has high precision and robustness.
