Abstract

The function and implementing process of four sorts of vibration environment tests were discussed according to the development need of aero engine accessories, including reliability test, function test, endurance test and reliability enhancement test. Thus the characteristics of each test profile and basic requirements of test profile formulation were identified. The detailed formulating steps, analytical method and basic principles were expounded. As a result the formulating method for vibration environment test profiles from power density data was developed. Finally, the formulating process was cleared through an engineering case. The power spectral density value of each frequency range in the test profiles represents the vibration energy caused by the unbalance of lower pressure spool, the unbalance of high pressure spool, the aerodynamic force of fan and random noise, respectively.
