Abstract

In the flight mission, the work time is usually not fixed, so the influence of shift factors on pilots has become a new research focus. In this paper, heart rate variability (HRV) was analysed by ECG data recorded during simulated flight of different shifts, and the effect of shift factors on HRV was studied. The results showed that the HRV of forenoon shifts were lower than that of night shifts and morning shifts.
