Abstract
Onboard mechatronic systems are used to support the regular operation of mission system, such as electronic system, flight control system, and fire control system. On board mechatronic systems, named utility management system (UMS) sometimes, include hydraulic system, fuel management system, environment management system, electric power system, brake-antiskid system, etc. This paper establishes the mathematic sub-models and simulation platform of UMS such as bus, bus controller, remote terminal, subsystem interface. User can build the different kind of topology of UMS through dragging the sub-model and establishing the interface between components to simulate the performance and fault disposal of different fault tolerant structure. Application indicates that UMS simulation platform can optimize the fault tolerant structure, carry out fault simulation and assess the reliability of UMS.
