Abstract

The lifter based on Biefeld-Brown effect is a asymmetry capacitor which can gain force from high-voltage power supply. It is an aircraft without propulsion agent which has been bring the worldwide attention. This paper analyzes the trait of corona discharge by experiments, and then points out that the force of the lifter is come from the vortex's dynamics. It is the interposition between the torsion-field and ZPE which furnish energy to the lifter. The further study on Biefeld-Brown effect will bring revolutionary development in the aeronautics and astronautics field.
