Study and application on anisotropic multiaxial approximate stress and strain analysis method

Abstract

The multiaxial anisotropic approximate stress-strain analysis method based on Neuber's rule was used to predict the stress and strain response of notched component machined with directionally solidified superalloy DZ125 and single crystal DD6. Different load directions were considered. The approximate analysis model based on differential Neuber's rule, considering the time-dependent creep-plasticity, was extended to anisotropic multiaxial dwell loading simultaneously. Our results show that, the uniaxial simulation results are close to the experimental data, and cyclic loading and dwell loading predictive results conform to physical facts. So, the approximate stress-strain analysis method based on Neuber's rule can be applied on native directionally solidified superalloy and single crystal material.
