Abstract

There are several sections that need to be adjusted in an analog-digital combined control system of a missile flight simulation turntable. A set of parameter adjusting strategy in proper sequence for this control system is proposed in this paper from the view point of engineering application. The practical trimming methods for the driver circuit, analog control loop and digital control loop are described in detail. The final results show that, the strategy proposed by this paper is viable. The safety in the adjusting process of the control system is ensured. The fine index with positioning precision of 0.001, minimal speed of 0.001/s and 90 phase shift bandwidth of 22 Hz, 15 Hz and 13 Hz for inner, middle and outer axis respectively is achieved, which will satisfy the demands of missile flight simulation.
