Abstract
Research of the sulfur transfer catalysts and materials, which can be used in FCC unit to reduce sulfur n FCC naphtha, is described. The sulfur removal rate of the assistant catalysts applied in domestic FCC units and their impact on product slates are presented. The direct addition of sulfur transfer catalyst into FCC unit can effectively reduce sulfur in FCC naphtha without any negative impact product distribution and product specifications. It is one of effective approaches to reduce sulfur in naphtha in future FCC unit operation.
