Abstract

Nearly 100 cases of aviation aircraft development project risk at home and abroad over the past decades were investigated and the cases were summarized and classified based on the risk sources. With the statistical data, aviation aircraft development project risk status was discussed. The analysis results provide references for project risk prediction, identification and management.
