abstract = "In order to address the inconvenience and opaqueness issues existing in the scenario of ordering resources for manufacturing companies, in this paper, we design a supply chain resource management system based on the blockchain technology. A deserving resource smart contract (DRSC) and a punishment smart contract (PSC) are developed to deal with the environment of transactions, and a resource allocation method is proposed to obtain an optimal strategy. Finally, simulation is carried out to verify the feasibility of the designed system and illustrate a final allocation strategy maximizing the overall profits.",
