Abstract
Based on the method of characteristics, a simulation method for dynamic process of bipropellant pressure-fed space propulsion system was studied. A method of building and evaluating static characteristics simulation model was presented and it was based on the dynamic process simulation model. By simulating the static and dynamic characteristic of one space propulsion system, the feasibility and practicability of this method was validated. It may reduce the workload by this method. By appending components in the software, other propulsion systems can be simulated.
