Abstract

The external electromagnetic environment around the helicopter has profound influence on the combat performance. The helicopter's skin structure is the main approach to electromagnetic shielding. This paper has mainly simulated the electromagnetic field distribution in the cabin after the external electromagnetic environment passes through the helicopter's skin structure with different radiation directions or polarization modes. Then this paper draws a conclusion from the simulation about the influence of radiation direction and polarization mode on shielding effectiveness.
