Abstract
The research object of this thesis is the Loire FET-1200 numerically controlled transverse stretching machine which is manufactured by ACB Group (France). Analysis of mechanism, reverse solution of motion and data interface between the Complex Skin Stretch Forming Simulation System (STRETCHFORM) and its pre-processing (FEAA) are deeply researched. The module of the mechanism motion analysis is developed by reverse solution method, which covers the shortage of the previous obverse solution of motion. The coordination and effective combination between CAE analysis and the control of NC machine (CNC) is accomplished successfully. One typical aircraft skin component is simulated in the STRETCHFORM system. The optimized paths of jaws are carried out on the Loire FET-1200, and the result of the experiment is good.
