Simulation analysis on effect of shell to spill of liquid fuel of FAE

Abstract

It built the dynamics simulation model of the spill process of liquid fuel of fuel-air explosive with shell, analyzed the fracture criteria of cylindrical shell. The material of shell adopt Steinberg-Guinan constitutive equation and the fracture criteria adopt Taylor fracture stress criteria. The spill of liquid fuel with different shell material are simulated under inside-explosive loading based on Autodyn, gained the maximum of pressure and the maximum of velocity and the velocity curve, and the simulation results is analyzed. The conclusion is, the simulation model and the simulation method to the spill of liquid fuel of FAE with shell is proper, the shell reduces the velocity of Liquid Fuel, choosing proper material of the shell is advantaged to increase the velocity of Liquid Fuel.
