Abstract

Silicon micromechanical tuning output gyroscope utilizes resonant sensing as the basis for Coriolis force detection instead of displacement sensing. The text gives out the dynamics equation of system and puts forward a kind of new structure form which avoids the influence of non-ideal electrostatic and mechanical cross-coupling. Based on the mechanical vibration principle, the response of a resonant system to an external static and dynamic axial load has been analyzed in the text Simulation results display that it can provide effective gesture information For the micro unmanned aerial vehicle.
