Abstract
This paper is concerned with robust consensus problems for a class of multi-agent systems with first-order dynamics and fixed topologies. A new neighbor-based rule is adopt for the agents with the consideration of both time-delay and system uncertainties. Then, we proved a sufficient condition in which the multi-agent systems can finally realize robust consensus, and the sufficient condition can be satisfied if and only if the topology of the system includes a spanning tree. Finally, numerical simulations are provided to show the effectiveness of the control rules.
