RLG random error modeling method in initial alignment application

Abstract

According to the RLG random error seriously affect the initial alignment accuracy and domestic no mature RLG random error model, this paper established RLG random error autoregression model using the Burg algorithm, realized RLG random error online modeling in the inertial navigation system application, utilized the kalman filtering technology realizing real-time filtering. Taking advantage of Allan variance to compare the filtering results, random error coefficient is decreased by 50%. Finally the experiment results showed that this method has greatly increased the RLG strapdown inertial navigation system alignment accuracy and shorten the alignment time.
