abstract = "Under vibration conditions, the main failure mode of threaded connections is loosening. This paper analyzes the mechanical properties and anti-loosening characteristics of a certain type of cross recessed pan head screw based on the needs of the enterprise and the loosening situation in practical applications, and studies the loosening law and influence of screws under different vibration conditions. More than 80 hours of vibration tests shows: (1) Under normal vibration conditions, the tightening torque attenuation of the screw is usually stable at 30\%, and it should not be judged as failure at this time. (2) The vibration test of the whole machine of the enterprise has no effect on the loosening of the screws. (3) The influence of vibration displacement on screw loosening is more obvious than that of vibration frequency. (4) Compared with the steel internal thread, the aluminum internal thread has a large dispersion of the loosening of the screw, and is easy to wear during vibration.This paper provides a reference for the determination and detection of screw looseness and process improvement.",
