Abstract

Spraying process is a kind of surface treatment process which is widely used in mechanical products, the performance of the coating will directly affect the performance and reliability of the sprayed parts. The research on the method of improving the reliability of the spraying process is of great significance to reduce the failure of parts caused by spraying. Design of Experiment (DOE) is a key tool to improve the quality and reliability of products. In this paper, by using orthogonal experimental design to optimize the compressor casing sealing spraying process, so that the compressor casing spraying process has been improved, and the reliability of the process system has been enhanced.
