Research on the Prediction Method of the Mean Logistic Delay Time of Materiel

Abstract

Mean logistic delay time (MLDT) of materiel is difficult to manage. The factors which influence mean-logistic-delaytime are analyzed through the investigation of the definition of MLDT. Then the parameters influencing MLDT could be constructed. According to the support flow chart of the materiel, the MLDT of a materiel could be predicted by queuing theory. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method.
