Abstract
For active control of the hydraulic fluid pulsations, a piezoelectric direct drive servovalve has been designed and the modeling and simulations of the servovalve has been done through the hydraulic simulation software AMESim. Then static test on the servo-valve has been done on the servovalve test-bed. Simulation and test results indicated that the designed piezoelectric direct drive servovalve satisfied the active control of the hydraulic fluid pulsations.
