Abstract

With summing up scholars' research results of the CoPS technical innovations at home and abroad, we have obtained achievements and analysis on the organization of CoPS developed system. This paper defined the definition and scope of CoPS, and brought forward the difference between the CoPS technological innovation and the traditional both theory and conjunction. On the base of modifying the traditional model, it constructed the dynamic organizations model which matches the CoPS and put forward the process model of which combing the project process and the business process. In accordance with the theoretical framework, the author has an in-depth analysis of the CoPS innovation process during an Empirical Research of the CoPS technological innovation, in terms of the Beijing urban rail traffic control system.
