Abstract
According to the application demand of manufacturing capability service (MCs) in cloud manufacturing system, MCs' formalization description method was focused on. Based on the connotation analysis of MC, the definition and the classification framework of MC were given. Meanwhile, a meta-model of MCs and its attribution details, as well as a EVA (entity-value-attribute)-based persistence method was proposed to realize the formulization of heterogeneous MCs. The primary research and application in the cloud manufacturing system (TianzhiNet) show that the formalization description method of MCs is feasible. Finally, the future works are given.
