N2 - Determining the reliability critical parts and important parts can clarify the focus of quality control, adopt different control methods for different types of products, and improve the efficiency of quality control. Therefore, it is of great significance to classify products with a reasonable classification method focusing on reliability. The research proposes a classification criterion for reliability products, and based on the criterion, the products are preliminarily classified with the help of the results of FMEA. The evaluation indicators are selected from the technical level, maintenance difficulty and special requirements. Based on the calculation method of the combined weight of the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method, an evaluation indicator system for the classification and supplementary analysis of reliability products is established. The final classification results are obtained by comprehensively considering the results of preliminary classification and supplementary analysis. Finally, the helicopter transmission system is taken as an example to calculate and verify the feasibility of the classification method.
