Research on reverse logistics activities integration in electronic manufacturing enterprises

Abstract

Electronic Manufacturing Enterprises, especially the large-size ones, have begun changing their strategy development directions to the establishment of reverse logistics activities, for the electronic products having a fast replacing speed and high recovery and reuse value. Researches showed that, to establish a reverse logistics department or center in a company, which owns specialized equipment and professionals, and to manage relevant business activities in terms of the characteristics of the products reasonably, could promote the enterprises competitiveness effectively. Reverse logistics activities are complicated and the achievements in this field are relatively few, based on the conditions above, this paper carries on studies of reverse logistics activities integration in electronic manufacturing enterprises and constructed an activities integration model using ARIS Tools, in order to promote the development of this field theoretically.
