Abstract
The high-precision attitude determination can be obtained by the carrier phase double difference equation of global positioning system (GPS), but the cycle slip must be detected in actual measurement. Based on the hypothesis testing theory of linear model, the detection, identification, internal reliability and external reliability of the cycle slip are analyzed. The impact of the cycle slip on the float baseline, float ambiguity, fixed ambiguity, attitude estimation, and the maximum deviation of the baseline component estimation is researched, which is important for the high reliability of the attitude measurement system to detect and repair cycle slips. Further validation of the reliability theory is done by the actual testing.
