N2 - To ensure the availability, reliability, and safety of the flight simulator, which is a complex system, considering the different detection methods of periodic maintenance and non-periodic maintenance, and considering the impact of maintenance effects, a detection method of preventive maintenance of flight simulator is proposed. First, the detection interval model of preventive maintenance of the flight simulator is established according to the detection characteristics of periodic maintenance and non-periodic maintenance. Then the preventive maintenance time model of the flight simulator is established by considering the relationship between inspection time and maintenance. Based on the preventive maintenance inspection interval model and preventive maintenance time model, the optimization model of the preventive maintenance inspection interval of the flight simulator is established. Finally, a case of the visual subsystem of a flight simulator is constructed and the case results are analyzed to verify the effectiveness and applicability of the model and algorithm.
