Abstract

A large FSS Robot Digital Machining System (RDMS) was developed to solve the problem of curved FSS manufacturing, which combines robot milling and digital machining technology. According to characteristics of large curved FSS machining, surface partition method was built, which is proved to be effective by comparing with the vector machining method and analyzing the experimental results of machined samples.
