Abstract

In this paper, the pressurized conveying system is taken as the research object. According to the modular modeling and simulation idea, the dynamic models of basic components such as pressure reducing valve, on-off valve and pipeline are established by using AMESim software. In view of the poor adaptability of traditional controllers, a fuzzy controller is designed, which can adapt to the pressure of various tanks. The controller can accurately control the pressure of tanks by changing the duty ratio of on-off valves according to the set pressure of the tanks.
