Abstract

Based on the basic requirements of cores properties used in Tesla transformer, and the physical and mechanical properties of Fe-Si steel belt, resin glue and piece, the formula of Fe-Si steel belt forming section curve used in inner cores was derived. Structure of inner cores and piece forming basic unit were analyzed. The forming superimposition method and distributing law of Fe-Si steel belts were presented.
