Abstract

The modular integrated design of the five heat exchangers of the air conditioning system, auxiliary cooling system, and air quasi system in the aircraft’s environmental control system resulted in three solutions: comprehensive plan 1, comprehensive plan 2, comprehensive plan 3; In this paper, Ansys software is used to model and mesh the three integrated design schemes of heat exchangers; To simplify the mesh model of the entire runner, this article first briefly describes the assumptions, equations and calculation principles of using porous media to replace the heat exchanger model, secondly, the porous media and other settings are performed in Ansys to calculate the flow distribution characteristics of the three heat exchanger integrated design schemes under multiple working conditions.
