Abstract
In this paper, the connection between real processing and simulation is built. By creating a system which can acquire and transmit mechanical data, real data of stamp processing can be acquired and sent to computer. After sample management on primary data, stamp force-time figure is created and introduced into DEFORM where Finite Elements Method (FEM) analysis is launched. The result of FEM analysis should be more than traditional FEM ways corresponding to reality thus can be used in process improvement and manufacturing monitoring.
