Abstract

To set up an evaluation system in energy-saving and emission reduction in transportation industry, a system of osculating value method was established. Emissions and consumption were used as the negative while contribution to transportation and environmental governance as positive, and osculating value method was applied. Data from 02 to 07 shows that the effect in 06 is the best, 02 the worst. Result reveals the weakness and provides future work basis. Statistics indicates the feasibility of evaluation system establishment. The method renders objective results, which works effectively.
