Abstract

In order to study the energy consumption and environmental pollution in petrochemical enterprises, the conception of energy factors and environment factors is defined on the basis of eco-efficiency. The data envelopment analysis (DEA) model is used in this paper to calculate the eco-efficiency, energy factors and environmental factors, and the different states of them are summarized, according to which 4 development models of China's petrochemical industry are found. 13 enterprises are chosen which are typical of its kind among SINOPEC.
