Abstract
In order to develop the detecting capabilities of early warning surveillance network with limited detecting resources, based on the evaluation index for detecting capabilities of early warning surveillance network, the resources optimization principle is presented in this paper. In the constructed mathematical model for resources optimization, emphasis is placed on the robustness of early warning surveillance network. That is, with changes of inner construction or environment, the network is capable of sustaining the detecting performance. With the genetic algorithm adopted and the simulation experiments for specific cases conducted, the results reveal that procedure proposed in this paper is all-rounded and subjective, with high practicability, capable of enhancing the detecting capabilities of early warning surveillance network.
