Research on compaction quality method of impact roller based on acceleration sensor

Abstract

In order to monitor the compaction quality of impact roller, the acceleration sensor and satellite positioning measurement technology are adopted in this paper. A set of data acquisition scheme of compaction quality based on acceleration is designed and realized. The data acquisition and storage of roller position coordinates, rolling times and rolling acceleration are realized. Through the processing and analysis of the collected data, the fitting expression of the relation between the impact acceleration and the rolling times is obtained, which verifies the feasibility of the method of monitoring the compaction quality by the acceleration sensor.
