Abstract

As an emerging travel mode, online car-hailing plays an increasingly important role in people's daily travel. The similarity of service model between online ride-hailing and taxi can result in fierce competition. Since the pricing of online car-hailing is relatively flexible compared with taxi, if the vicious competition of massive subsidies is allowed, it will not only disrupt the sustainable development of the taxi market, but also cause problems such as resource waste. In this research, the problem of the collaborative pricing of the two modes is investigated, and the results can provide a guidance for the market operation and promote the sound development of the market.
