Abstract

In National Earthquake Precursory (NEP) industry, massive device resources are distributed in agencies and administrations and their communication method, command set and hardware performance are heterogeneous. It is emergent to make all the device resources available and dependable to the whole system. To access these resources effectively and reliably has become one of the urgent problems of the NEP industry. Faced with the need of effective device resources access and QoS guarantee, we propose a mechanism of Device Collaboration Middleware based on QoS and implement the device source middleware in NEP. Experiments show that our middleware performs well in whole NEP.
