Abstract
The ALT (accelerated life test) condition matrix is listed. The maximum likelihood estimate (MLE) method of parameters based on Arrhenius-Weibull model is put forward on the basis of analyzing the disadvantage of the 2-step analysis method, which can directly estimate the parameters of accelerated stress-life model and suitable to the implementation of software. The validity of accelerated life model and the feasibility of this method are verified by analyzing concrete testing results and "V" type data combination results for cylinders and estimating parameters related. The "V" type test model is put forward so as to decrease the ALT life time and reduce cost.
