Abstract
Aiming at the requirements of the development and research for the engineering vehicle to execute the complicated operations which was based on the control and synthesis with the field bus distributed intelligent electro-hydraulic proportional technology, on the basis of analysis of the existent simulation platform, a simulation platform with information synthesis, distributed control, and supervisory management was proposed for being utilized for development of vehicle and engineering machinery, which was based on hardware-in-the-loop environment. Adopting this platform, a control system of the engineering vehicle was designed and implemented for multi-wheel heavy-duty vehicles, so that the above simulation platform could be taken as reference and evaluation for newly vehicle transmission and control system.
