Abstract

The problem of liquid-propellant rocket engine's reliability compliance test plans at present is that ignoring the processes of firing and shutdown or the test taking too long. To solve this problem, considering typical compliance test plans of binomial distribution and Weibull distribution, using the weighting factors, the method of reliability compliance test plan developing was provided. The duration of firing was verified in this reliability compliance test plans developing method, at the same time the processes of firing and shutdowns were also considered. This reliability compliance test plan utilized development information and saved the test time and cost.
