Reliability analysis for the process of DIMA dynamic reconfiguration

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contributionpeer-review

Abstract

The distributed integrated modular avionics (DIMA) becomes complex and flexible with more functions integrated compared to the traditional avionics. During the process of flight, the dynamic reconfiguration of DIMA can recover the system from the failure state and reduce the hardware redundancy. Reliability is a critical attribute for the system. As the dynamic reconfiguration process is quite complex, it has received a great deal of attention from reliability research community.
