Abstract

Electronics are susceptible to many forms of electromagnetic interference sources. Under electromagnetic interference, the reliability of electronic equipment may degrade, leading to a shortened lifetime of electronic equipment. Current product reliability analysis methods usually consider product faults from the perspective of life only and ignore the impact of product failure on performance parameters. In this paper, we proposed a reliability analysis and evaluation method of electronic products based on electromagnetic performance parameters. From the perspective of product electromagnetic performance, this method provides a basis for improving the product function design. By locating the weak part of the product, determining the key performance parameters, modeling electromagnetic performance margin, this method also can evaluate the product performance reliability under electromagnetic interference.
