Abstract

This paper proposes a statistical method for analysis jamming of the communication receiver based upon behavioural-level simulation techniques. Detailed calculation procedure is presented to describe radio frequency noise jamming of phase modulation system. The envelope statistics of a disturbance from the receiver is described and the input power is presented when determining its impact on a phase modulation communication system. Therefore the signal-jamming ratio will be calculated. This method is validated by employing the behavioural modelling in Advanced Design System (ADS) and MATLAB.
