Abstract

The factors affecting the allocation efficiency of support equipment in a logistic system are studied at the beginning. The definition of allocation efficiency is presented meanwhile. Basing on the multi-level network model of logistic systems, the forecasting methods for the number of support equipment and the utilization rate are given. The stochastic process of number of products to be repaired obeys Poisson process; the estimating model of the fill rate is developed by using the queue theory. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the practicability of the presented estimate method.
